First Aid and CPR Classes
American Heart Association Standard First Aid/CPR classes are offered 3 to 4 times yearly to anyone 16 years or older. Classes are limited to 12 students, and the cost is $30.00 each. Every person will receive a book and a two year course completion card. Please call Julie Ward at 972-412-6230 to sign up.

CERT Citizens Emergency Response Team
The Rowlett Citizen Corps Council will sponsor a two-day Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) class on: TBA
Safe Sitter Class
For anyone between the ages of 11 to 16 years old, we offer a course that teaches child care, infant CPR, and general safety tips. These classes
are offered approximately 4 times yearly and are limited to 16 students per class. The cost is $60.00 and every student receives a book, tote bag, and a course completion card.

must be completed and approved by several city departments at least 10 working days prior to your event date. Be sure to allow adequate time for this process. Records personnel can check your application for completeness before it is submitted.

Citizens Fire Academy
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to put on 50 pounds of heavy protective gear and put out a fire? A 9-week class that is free to our residents is offered to anyone 18 years or older. Students will participate in and experience hands-on activities including communications, CPR, pulling a fire hose, vehicle extrication and more. The next class will be in Summer 2017
