the body at the same time. Water buoyancy helps reduce strain and
stress on the joints and muscles. Segments will take place in the river
and in the shallow pool.Walking, easy to follow fun choreography for
the water, resistance exercises and stretching!Well rounded, full body
workout perfect for EVERYBODY! Almost anyone, no matter their age or fitness level, can benefit from this class. Resistance equipment can be used in this class.
