Building Permits are required for any type of plumbing, HVAC mechanical and electrical work, as well as new irrigation systems, swimming pools, hot tubs, driveways, sidewalks, foundation repair, and decks. If you are removing sheetrock and modifying the framing in any way, a permit is also required. It is always recommended if you are unsure if a permit is required, to check with our office before you begin.
If you have been impacted by the winter storm and have permitting and inspections related queries, please contact us at email@example.com. Please type WINTER STORM PERMIT QUERY in the subject line. Emails received no later noon will be replied to on the same day by close of business.
PLEASE NOTE: A digital copy is required in pdf format for ALL Commercial and Residential New Construction application submissions in order to conduct a plan review.
