Report Your Concerns
Did you see a pothole on your way to work? Is the signal light at the end of your street out? Use the Action Center to report these problems or other concerns.
Our staff will take information about the problem, including the address of your concern, and route the request to the proper department for investigation. An Action Center Representative is available from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The online Action Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
