PILATES I
With this mix of Yoga, Pilates, & Resistance Training with weights & bands, you will improve your balance, strengthen your muscles, joints and spine. The main goal of a Pilates workout is to tighten the Core and Abs.

JAZZERCISE
Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, hip swiveling, calorie torching fitness program that gets results…fast! Every Jazzercise dance fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles for maximum fat burn. Burn up to 800 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout.

Zumba
We take the work out of workout, by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style calorie burning dance fitness party. once the Latin and world rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise

NOT READY TO COMMIT? Feel free to drop in and try any class for "drop in" prices. Just stop by the front desk at the Rowlett Community Centre and they will be happy to sign you up for just a one time class! Try them all to see what fits your style the best.
