Fitness Programs

The Rowlett Community Centre wants to be your one stop shop for fitness programs! These programs do not require a membership to the Rowlett Community Centre and are available for registration in person or online by following the link below!

Mornings, Afternoons, or Evenings, we have something for everyone. Check out the highlights below and contact us if you have any questions about any of the classes offered.

NOT READY TO COMMIT...Feel free to drop in and try any class for ’drop in’ prices! Just stop by the front desk at the Rowlett Community Centre and they will be happy to sign you up for just a one time class! Try them all to see what fits your style the best.

Fitness Class

As always recommended, please consult with your physician before starting any exercise program.

PERSONAL TRAINING (Ages 16 and up)

  • Trainer available by appointment, check in with front desk staff to schedule an appointment

SKILLS AND AGILITY TRAINING (Ages 13 and up)

  • Trainer available by appointment, check in with front desk staff to schedule an appointment

PILATES I

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:30 AM, Prices vary, please call the Community Centre for pricing information. Register for once or twice per week.

PILATES II

  • Mondays, 6:30 PM, Prices vary, please call the Rowlett Community Centre for pricing information. 

JAZZERCISE

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 9:30 AM
  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:45 PM 
  • Saturdays, 9:00 AM
  • Unlimited Pass $32

TOTAL BODY PROJECT

  • Wednesdays, 6:45 PM, $20 per month

SPIN

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 5:30 PM, Free for Rowlett Community Centre members

BOOT CAMP

  • High intensity: Saturday, 9:00 AM, $20 per week
  • Low intensity: Saturday, 10:30 AM, $20 per week

CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVALS

  • Wednesdays, 11:00 AM, $25 per month

HIIT CIRCUIT

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:00 AM, $40 per month
