Fitness Programs

The Rowlett Community Centre wants to be your one stop shop for fitness programs! These programs do not require a membership to the Rowlett Community Centre and are available for registration in person or online by following the link below!

Mornings, Afternoons, or Evenings, we have something for everyone. Check out the highlights below and contact us if you have any questions about any of the classes offered.

NOT READY TO COMMIT...Feel free to drop in and try any class for $8 per session! Just stop by the front desk at the Rowlett Community Centre and they will be happy to sign you up for just a one time class! Try them all to see what fits your style the best.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Ages 16 & up

  • Trainer available by appointment, check in with front desk staff to schedule an appointment

PILATES I

  • Tues & Thurs, 9:30 AM, Register for once or twice per week

PILATES II

  • Mon & Wed, 6:30 PM, Register for once or twice per week

SIMPLY YOGA

  • Tues & Thurs, 5:30 PM, $25/$45, Register for once or twice per week

JAZZERCISE

  • M/W/F 9:30 AM, TU/TH 6:45 PM, Sat 9:00 AM, Unlimited Pass $32

TOTAL BODY PROJECT

  • Wednesday, 6:45 PM, $20 per week

POUND

  • Mon & Wed, 6:45 AM, $20/$40, Register for once or twice per week

SPIN

  • Mon & Wed, 5:30 PM, Free for RCC members

FIT SQUAD

  • Tues & Thurs, 5:00 PM, $20/$40, Register for once or twice per week

FAIRYTALE FITNESS

  • Tues & Thurs, 11:00 AM, $20/$40, Register for once or twice per week
