Welcome to the Library’s Summer Reading 2020 page! We are so excited you have decided to Imagine Your Story with us this Summer! 

Please read this letter from our Interim Library Director, Laura Tschoerner regarding the Library’s Summer Reading Program. 

You can easily report your reading challenge goals online using the entry forms posted here each week.  You may also pick up a paper log at the Library or download one for younger readers to keep track of reading hours before submitting online.  Meet your weekly reading goals to earn entries for the grand prizes!

Summer Reading begins June 1st, and the last day to submit reading logs will be Saturday, July 25th


  • Early Literacy (ages 0-3) = 2 hours each week
  • Children (ages 4-12) = 3 hours each week
  • Teens (ages 13-18) = 5 hours each week
  • Adults (18+) = 1 hour each week

Bookmarked Adult Reading Club! 

Adults, we have some AMAZING titles picked out for you to read this Summer and ways for you to earn extra entries for the Kindle Fire grand prize! We will share a book trailer on our Facebook page with some information about the book and an opportunity to discuss what you think of the book! If you comment and answer the discussion question, you will earn an extra entry for the Kindle Fire! Reading the book before these videos are posted is not required. Here is the schedule:
