Due to the Dallas County Shelter In Place order, the City Annex building located at 4004 Main Street will be closed to the public beginning Wednesday, March 25, 2020, with a limited number of staff members on site.

For submission of bids or proposals, please make arrangements to drop off your bid at 1:00 PM on the bid closing date. Please go to the Skyline Drive side of the building, or call 972-412-6189 to make an appointment for drop-off.
Bid openings will be conducted live via GoToMeetings until the Shelter In Place order is lifted.
Deliveries made by courier or other freight service may ring the doorbell for assistance.
