The Parks and Recreation Department is excited to offer a great program for City of Rowlett Senior Citizens 60 years and older! We have partnered with DART to provide day pass vouchers valid for all DART transportation. To receive these passes, proof of Rowlett residency is required. Passes are available at the Rowlett Community Centre, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. You are allowed a maximum of 5 passes per week, and up to 15 passes per month. You do not have to be a member of the Rowlett Community Centre to participate.

Walk-in registration is available at the Rowlett Community Centre on Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The Centre is located at 5300 Main Street.

If you have not previously registered for a program, required paperwork is needed for first-time registrations. Please send the completed form to the Rowlett Community Centre by email or fax to 214-703-3920.

The Rowlett Recreation Division has a satisfaction-guaranteed policy for programs and services. If a patron or guest is unhappy, we will do our best to resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
RCC staff and management will work to ensure your satisfaction in our programs and events. Management reserves the right to review all requests for refunds. Refunds are not granted for changes in personal schedule after a class or program has begun. RCC staff are empowered to make the necessary decisions to address customer care needs.
