We have determined that emails purporting to be from the City of Rowlett Purchasing Department or Rowlett City Councilmembers have been sent to multiple vendors. The emails attempt to convince vendors that the City is interested in their services and asks that they provide their product or equipment. These are not legitimate requests from the City of Rowlett. Please call the Action Center at 972-412-6100 with any questions should you receive one of these suspicious emails (or just hit “delete”!).

The City of Rowlett Purchasing Division is located in the Annex Building at 4004 Main Street, at the corner of Main Street and Skyline, directly behind the City Municipal Building.
