FCC resumes residential trash collection on Monday, 2/22

FCC Truck with text FCC Trash and Recycle Collection

Trash and Recycling Collection Information
FCC is running trash, recycle and bulk pickup this week on their normal schedule (Monday pickup on Monday, Tuesday on Tuesday and so on). They are working 12 hour shifts to accommodate the extra volume, and FCC staff will pick up any closed garbage bags placed by the polycart as long as they are under 45 pounds.

Brush and Bulky Waste Collection Information
Please place brush and bulky waste in front of your house, between the curb and sidewalk (do not block water meters, fire hydrants, alleys, sidewalks, driveways or roadways). Visit https://www.ci.rowlett.tx.us/914/Brush-and-Bulk-Collection for more bulk pickup information, including acceptable materials.

FCC will work diligently to collect all bulk setout this week – however, it may take several days as FCC trip times are limited by the (currently long!) lines to drop off at the landfill. We will continue to communicate any updates to the schedule and operations. We appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any inconvenience you may experience!
