Utility Billing offers leak adjustments and more to assist customers

Utility Billing will adjust 100% of abnormal usage on water/sewer services for residents who experienced burst pipes during February's winter storm event. Additionally, late penalties are suspended until 3/9 and disconnections for non-payment until 3/17.
