City facilities will be closed during this time to allow all City employees to (virtually, this year!) enjoy the Annual Employee Holiday Luncheon held in their honor. Emergency services will remain in operation, please call 9-1-1 in case of emergency.

PUC Rules in Favor of Motion to Dismiss

The Public Utilities Commission has unanimously approved the NTMWD’s motion to dismiss the petition filed in December, 2016 by the member cities of Plano, Garland, Mesquite and Richardson seeking relief from the Take or Pay contract provision.
