COVID-19 Case Counts(Click on picture for larger image) The first chart in this post illustrates confirmed COVID-19 case counts numbers as 7pm Thursday, January 28 - the rest are updated Rowlett trend charts. Since the last update on Tuesday, January 26, Rowlett added 57 new cases with 21 added on January 28. Please continue to stay home and stay safe. Stay vigilant when you must go out - wear your face covering, maintain safe distancing from others not in your group and, most importantly, wash your hands often. These measures are critical not only to slow the spread and protect people's lives, but also to protect our economy from further closures and to prevent compromising the health care services we need across the state.
Find additional information about the vaccine and how those who qualify may register to receive it here: https://www.ci.rowlett.tx.us/.../COVID-19-Vaccine....
The COVID-19 vaccine dashboard is available at Texas Department of State Health Services website. You'll find updated vaccine distribution information along with administration information.

It can be nerve racking to see those red and blue lights come on when you're driving - right? The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and the International Association of Chiefs of Police put together this concise informational recommendation on how to interact with officers on a traffic stop.
Also, officers now have that same nervous feeling when walking up to your car that you have. Hopefully, this helps to ease the unknown and provide some safe guidelines so that the interaction is quick and safe. We care about our citizens and hope you take the time to go over these recommendations. Stay safe everyone. __________________________________
