  7. If your application is approved, you will be required to submit all necessary documentation to the Health Department, if applicable*

  8. If approved, all participating vendors MUST attend the mandatory vendor meeting on Tuesday, June 23rd, at 6pm. The meeting will be held at the Rowlett Community Centre, 5300 Main St, (Rowlett, TX, 75088)*
