Youth of all ages can participate in our 40 days of Winter Reading program. Participants must read 20 minutes a day to earn a book tag. For each day you read you must color in the square for the day. Stop in to pick up your winter reading check sheet.
For children of all ages who can actively engage. This interactive storytime with books, music, and movement is a high engagement storytime that instills the love of literacy and the Library at an early age. Caregivers also learn valuable information on how to continue building literacy at home. While all ages are welcome, we will focus on pre-literacy skills. Thursday is a repeat of Wednesday’s program.
The group will discuss Taye’s Gift by Pat Simmons (Romance) in the Library Activity Room. January’s book will be The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane (Psychological Fiction) by Lisa See.
Participants explore a variety of subjects and interests to stimulate their minds. This program is for school age students 13-18.

Low impact standing aerobics combined with chair exercises used to stretch and strengthen all muscles and joints. We use stretchy bands, weights and simple dance moves to improve coordination and keep the whole body fit.
Aerobics Room
This program includes standing and chair exercises developed to keep joints flexible, muscles strong, and to help reduce pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Stretchy bands are used to warm up. Specific exercises are used for hands and fingers, as well as the muscles and joints throughout the whole body
